The T-Systems AG collective employment agreement guarantees good working conditions for the employees of T-Systems, of which there are over 500, and are constantly being further developed. syndicom also supports employee representatives with union issues and trains them.
With the collective employment agreement (CEA), T-Systems recognises its responsibility as an employer. The CEA creates a binding framework for wages, working hours, holidays and continued payment of wages in the event of illness or accident. From 2024, the CEA also guarantees the possibility of using two hours of working time for further training.
This is particularly important in the fast-moving IT industry. syndicom - as your IT union - also covers part of the additional training costs for its members.
