The digital transformation in the world of work offers the opportunity to further develop working conditions. We have been active in the telecommunications sector for decades and we have achieved successful change to the benefit of thousands of employees.
As the largest and most important trade union in the Swiss telecommunications sector, we achieve better working conditions and fair wages through collective labour agreements (CLAs) with Swisscom and Sunrise. We play a key role in shaping the CLA and we support the employees together with their employee committee.
