In relation to the upcoming changes in the retirement provision of DXC employees, syndicom made it possible for the Employee Representation (ERB) to receive comprehensive advice from independent experts on retirement provision (Prevanto). This was possible not only thanks to financial support from syndicom, but especially due to our consolidated network and years of commitment to the interests of employees.
Trade unions and employee representatives do not have the same role, but they complement each other in their activities and can only be successful in combination. On the one hand, there is the day-to-day work at the workplace, and on the other hand, the many years of experience and knowledge of the trade union.
