Detecon

Following the conclusion of the Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) for T-Systems Switzerland, another company in the technology consulting industry takes on its responsibility and concludes a collective labour agreement with syndicom just six months later. The CLA Detecon is an important module in the protection of employees in the consulting industry and provides better protection for around 80 employees.

Shaping the future with syndicom

No sector is changing as rapidly as the IT industry. However, innovation requires appropriate work structures and working conditions. Strong collective labour agreements are therefore all the more important so that employees can benefit from the positive aspects of the technological transformation as well. Constant training and further education are particularly indispensable in this sector. syndicom therefore bears part of the training costs for syndicom members and encourages companies to invest in employee training and to issue appropriate regulations.

New opportunities with CLA

With the collective labour agreement (CLA), Detecon AG assumes its responsibility as an employer. The Detecon CLA 2020 offers better protection and secure working conditions for around 80 employees. The CLA contains a binding framework for wages, working hours, holidays and continued payment of wages in the event of illness or accident.

The task of syndicom is to develop the CLA jointly and in the interests of the employees and to ensure that the wage and working conditions defined by the CLA are observed. A strong trade union with active members is essential to continue to shape the world of work to the benefit of employees in the future.
