New collective employment agreement for Swisscom
More vacation, more work-life balance, new working time models and pilot projects: syndicom has successfully negotiated a new collective employment agreement (CEA) with Swisscom. It reduces actual working time, promotes a better work-life balance, and allows working time models to be tailored to one's specific circumstances. We are now planning pilot projects with Swisscom to reduce working time and create new working time models.
In the press release of the involved parties, Daniel Hügli, Head of ICT at syndicom, declares: “We have succeeded in further reducing the net working time. For partial retirement, we have incorporated new working time models in the collective employment agreement for the benefit of employees. This additional leave and annual leave will help to further improve the work/life balance of employees. Over the coming months, we will look at potential pilot projects around the future organisation of working hours.”
The new CEA comes into effect by 1 January 2024. More information can be found on our website: To the details
